The Bad Thing About Cheap Hosting

By Justin Knights

In whatever things that come across today, we know that the value of one thing is always measured by the price of it. In web hosting, this rule is applied the same way. Therefore, cheap hosting plan is available in the market but it is cheap and we can never expect a lot out of it.

To begin with, cheap hosting comes with poor server response time because of its unlimited resources that attracts everyone. This means that the server is pack with loads of website. So, you won't even know which server your website will be on and it could be the worst one without you knowing it. Cheap hosting is also more likely to have a bad neighborhood because of it is a shared hosting. Therefore, a virus which affected a website in your server might affect yours as easily too.

Cheap hosting attracts spammers because of this, they might have a possibility of getting blacklisted. If that happens, your website will also be affected. Once affected, your emails will get affected as well. Another negative thing about cheap hosting is the support. You won't get sort of support due to the huge network and this will cause you to lose your website's credibility. It may take days after you reported your problem for them to get to you because of the long list of problems that they have to attend to.

Therefore, I would say an absolute no to cheap hosting because the stress that you are going to get after you sign with it is harder to take than seeing your website not showing in the internet. Whatever it may be, say no to cheap hosting. If you are extremely lucky, you will find a cheap hosting that is acceptable. However, you may have to do a research on the terms of service regarding the company before you could choose a package. Therefore, cheap hosting is not a choice if you want to host a website.
